We want you and your pet to love your Happy Paw Halo. Your purchase is covered by our 30-day guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered.

 

Size exchange

If the size does not fit, your first size exchange is free. Email us with your order number and your pet's neck and muzzle measurements and we will help you pick the right size.

 

Refunds

If your pet does not adapt to the halo after at least 7 days of use, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help with an exchange or a refund.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it.

 

How to start a return

Email helpdeskstore.team@gmail.com with your order number and what is wrong. We will reply with the next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.
